Conditions:
1. After the last paid hour, car renting time is rounded to half an hour time.
2. Such services as “Car renting with the driver” and “Transfer” are available only after 100% prepaying of the order. Every next hour of the prolonged time, if it is necessary, has to be prepaid according to the current rate.
3. Company takes no responsibility for any forgotten belongings of the Customer left in the cabin of the vehicle. Any found things will be kept by the dispatcher.
4. The possibility of prolonging the order depends from the further usage of the rented car. If dispatcher cannot prolong the order, the customer will be leased any other car, if it is possible.
5. More than 4 hour handling of the car before or after the way to airport is counted as +1 hour to the actual time of the car usage. Meeting or escort to the railroad station is not considered a transfer service and is paid by hour.
6. Transfer service (meeting) consists of: waiting* for the client’s arrival for one our after the specified time at the airport, transportation to the first address in Moscow. Any overtime after one hour limit is additionally paid by the customer, according to the vehicle’s class. Transfer service (escort) includes: delivery from any point in Moscow apart from the length of journey. Any waiting of the customer requires payment according to the vehicle’s class. Voyage within the Moscow region is also additionally paid in accordance to the vehicle’s class.
7. In case of any defects discovered in the ordered vehicle, the Executor has right to make a replacement of the car with any other of the same class or better.
8. If there occurs a malfunction of the ordered car and it can not be fixed during the 30 minute time, the Customer should be offered a car of the same class or better. Otherwise the customer has the right to refuse any further service. The rest of the paid amount of money according to the rate will be paid to the customer in that case. If the car has been repaired by the driver during the 30 minute period or it has been replaced by the same class vehicle during the order implementation, the time of the journey is not prolonged by the time of the replacement or repairs.
9. Any additional payments for the car parking places, stations or passages are handled by the customer.
10. The decoration of the vehicle for the wedding ceremony is leased to the customer and the vehicle itself is decorated by the driver. In order not to impair the overview of the driver, it is forbidden to use air balloons as decorations or mount the decoration in the prohibited areas of the vehicle. Such things as duck tapes, fishing lines, wires and others that can damage the car are not to be used as mounting.
11. Any material responsibility for any kind of damage, broken or soiled things in the cabin is put on the customer. The customer is obliged to pay the amount equal to the cost of the damaged things.
12. Smoking or drinking alcohol is proscribed in the cabin.
13. It is proscribed to carry big animal, or other animals without any special containers.
14. Bulky things like big suitcases, paintings, boxes and others that can impair the overview of the driver are prohibited in the cabin.
